Played Oath of Devotion up to act 2. Tried to break my oath to get Oathbreaker and so far no matter what I do to break it I never suffer the penalty and cannot break my oath. Did all of the options including promising to the sassza and the tieflings camp only to betray them and another Origin character. No one in my camp to break oath or anything.
